This webinar is about exploring the participant’s experience with coaching, and to share ideas about when coaching can add value in the context of leadership development.
There are a lot of leaders out there, and this webinar will provide insights about what coaching can bring as benefit.
As we are coming to terms with the end of a long pandemic, how can coaching bring clarity to individuals on their leadership? How can coaching support them in their purpose journey ?
We will share some personal experiences and stories, some definitions, and we will invite participants to reflect on their development journey, and to share their insights in small groups.

Ann-Sofie Ellefors

For the past 15 years, Ann-Sofie has worked with C-suite Executives for global clients. She is an experienced Executive Coach, Facilitator and Leadership Consultant who has worked with executives and management teams across many industries including IT, Telecommunications, Banking and Pharmaceuticals. Based in Sweden and Luxembourg, Ann-Sofie works in Swedish and English, with good knowledge also in French and German.
