Mikaela is a senior consultant at Companions For Leadership and an accredited facilitator of the Oxford Leadership Academy SML®. She brings over 25 years’ of experience in HR and HRD. She has been a management team member of several leadership teams, initiating flagship leadership development programs at all levels. Today she is working as a facilitator and coach with international companies globally focusing on Leadership development as well as individual and team coaching.

Lasse Wrennmark

Leadership Companion

Lasse is one of Companions For Leadership’s most experienced facilitators and an accredited facilitator of the Oxford Leadership Academy SML® which he has been delivering for over two decades. Lasse draws on his personal and practical experience of leading his own companies through upturns and downturns. He relates effectively to leadership styles and needs in turbulent times. Based in Sweden, Lasse works in Swedish and English.
