This webinar is about exploring the purpose and why does it matters for leaders today?
We are living in a complex world, with multiple challenges and crises taking place simultaneously. How to navigate? How to create meaning of ourselves, for our teams and communities?
We will share some models and insights, personal experience and stories and we will invite participants to go through deeper understanding, reflective inquiry conversations in small groups.
