Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please note that once you have booked a ticket to attend an event with us it means that we have reserved a place exclusively for you. If you cancel your attendance less than 14 days before the event is scheduled to take place, no refund will be made and the full event ticket price is payable. If you cancel your attendance less than 30 days but more than 14 days before the event is scheduled to take place, you will be eligible for a 50% refund* on the event ticket price. If you cancel your attendance more than 30 days before the event is scheduled to take place, you will be eligible for a full refund* of the event ticket price less a 10% administration charge.
You can cancel your attendance by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and including “Cancellation + Event Name + Event Date” in the email header and providing the following details: Event Name and Date, Date Booked, Participant Name, Contact Email and Telephone Number.
*No refunds will be made on any accommodation costs booked on your behalf and added to and/or included in the event ticket price.
